Jimmy Muffin, a well respected singer/songwriter in the LA music community for over 20 years, has combined two of his talents, - cooking & music - into one wonderful experience for your next party.  Jimmy will teach you how to prepare mouthwatering appetizers, entrees and salads.  Then, if you wish, he’ll perform some of his favorite original songs for you and your friends to cap off an evening you won’t soon forget.

¨ Pappardelle Pasta and Peppers

Grilled yellow, orange and red sweet peppers, crimini mushrooms and caramelized onions in light white wine and butter sauce.

¨ Baked Salmon

Served at room temperature. Cooked with capers and white wine in a raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

¨ Chicken Alla Gorgonzola

Chicken and Portobello mushrooms and peas in gorgonzola sauce, served over linguini.

¨ Penne Rigate

Spinach-basil pesto, combined with grilled, sweet Italian sausage and grated parmigiano reggiano cheese.

¨ Grilled and Specialty Pizzas:

Sauteed shrimp with garlic white sauce.

Sausage, pesto and grilled eggplant.

Fresh basil, goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.

¨ Italian Classics

Baked lasagna, Stuffed baked shells, Eggplant or Chicken Parmigiano, Calzones and other favorites.
